PTFL-01 — Scope
Thuta Flow lets you build and run automated workflows with triggers, webhooks, AI nodes, and third-party integrations.
PTFL-02 — Verified main features
Visual workflow graphs with versioning, scheduled and event triggers, webhook endpoints with signature (HMAC) verification and replay protection, a data store, OAuth connections (Meta platforms, Google/YouTube and others), AI nodes (OpenAI-compatible and Anthropic), collaboration, a template marketplace, execution logs, and audit logging with a retention/archival job.
PTFL-03 — Product-specific data
Workflow definitions and variables, execution logs and step payloads, incoming webhook payloads (which may contain personal data you direct to Flow), OAuth tokens and credentials for connected services (stored with hardening measures), and audit logs (365-day default retention, then archived — RETN-02).
PTFL-04 — Automated actions are yours
Workflows act on your behalf: posting to social platforms, calling APIs, sending webhooks. You are responsible for those actions and their compliance with the target platforms' terms and applicable law (AUP-04). Keep webhook URLs, tokens, and connected-account credentials confidential.
PTFL-05 — Third-party platforms
Connected platforms (Meta, Google, and others) may change or revoke API access; we are not responsible for their availability. Revoking a connection stops future use of its credentials; also review the platform's own app-permission settings.
PTFL-06 — Deletion
Workflows can be deleted in the product. Execution-log retention is not yet finalized (RETN-02). Account deletion follows the Account Center schedule.
