Acceptable Use Policy

ThutaTech services are currently in private beta: public sign-up is closed and no paid plans are on sale yet. Statements about accounts and billing describe how the Services will operate at public launch.

This is a draft pending legal review. It is not the final version and is not legal advice.

This Acceptable Use Policy sets the rules for using all ThutaTech products. It forms part of the Terms of Service. Violations may lead to content removal, feature restriction, suspension, or termination under TERM-09.

You may not use the Services to: engage in illegal activity; commit fraud; create, distribute, or control malware; steal credentials or conduct phishing; conduct unauthorized surveillance or stalking; harass, threaten, or abuse others; infringe intellectual-property rights; violate others' privacy; create or share non-consensual intimate content; or create, request, or distribute child sexual abuse material (which we report to authorities as required by law).

You may not: bypass usage limits, credit accounting, access controls, or beta gating; probe or test the vulnerability of the Services without written permission; place excessive load on the Services; resell or provide the Services to third parties as a service without our written agreement; use automated means to scrape the Services; or systematically extract Output to develop a competing AI service.

  • App Builder: do not generate applications whose purpose is malware, credential harvesting, spam, or deception. You are responsible for the apps you generate, publish, and distribute, including their compliance with app-store policies.
  • Thuta Flow: you are responsible for the actions your workflows perform, including webhook destinations, posting to social platforms, and third-party API usage. Do not use Flow to send spam, evade platform rules, or automate actions against third-party services in violation of their terms. Keep webhook URLs and tokens confidential.
  • Thuta Agent: do not direct the agent to perform actions listed in AUP-02/AUP-03, to act on systems you are not authorized to access, or to bypass its approval safeguards. You are responsible for missions you launch and for reviewing approval requests before granting them.
  • Thuta Studio: you are responsible for ensuring content you publish or share complies with platform rules and advertising/consumer-protection law in your market.
  • Thuta IDE: you are responsible for commands and agent actions you approve on your own machine.

AUP-05 — User content

Do not upload files you do not have the right to process. Public sharing features (Studio share/publish pages, Flow marketplace) may not be used to distribute content that violates AUP-02.

Do not abuse free tiers, promotional plans, refunds, or chargebacks; do not use stolen payment instruments.

We investigate suspected violations using the security and audit records described in the Privacy Policy. Where practical we notify you and give you an opportunity to remedy; for severe violations (illegal content, security attacks) we may act immediately. You can report abuse to info@thutatech.com.
