Product Terms — Thuta App Builder
Version 2026.1 · Last updated: 2026-07-18 · Effective: pending approval
ThutaTech services are currently in private beta: public sign-up is closed and no paid plans are on sale yet. Statements about accounts and billing describe how the Services will operate at public launch.
This is a draft pending legal review. It is not the final version and is not legal advice.
PTAB-01 — Scope
Thuta App Builder generates web and mobile application projects from your prompts, with in-browser previews, builds, exports, and optional store submission.
PTAB-02 — Verified main features
AI generation pipeline (multi-agent orchestration), browser-based previews via WebContainer, code editing, project export (zip), Expo/EAS mobile builds, and Google Play / App Store submission tooling.
PTAB-03 — Product-specific data
Prompts, project specifications, generated source code, uploaded assets, project history, and boot-report telemetry (project/user ID, boot status, duration, error message) are stored in the product database (Supabase). AI processing uses the providers listed for App Builder in the AI Data Use Policy.
PTAB-04 — Generated code and store risk
Generated code may contain defects, security vulnerabilities, or third-party packages under their own licenses. You must review, test, and license-check generated apps before distribution (TERM-06.3). We do not guarantee acceptance of generated apps by any app store; store submissions occur under your store accounts and their policies.
PTAB-05 — Deletion
Deleting a project removes it from your workspace; residual retention of project data is currently as described in RETN-02 (not yet finalized). Account deletion follows the Account Center schedule.
PTAB-06 — Current integrations
Sign-in and billing via Account Center (Clerk satellite). Store submission uses your Expo/Google/Apple credentials, which you must keep secure.
